I had planned on being in Death valley now but events in Texas like gas and water shortages and power outages convinced me that this would not be a good time. So while I was sitting at home moping I checked out the web sight for the Tomoka State Park in Ormond Beach FL. Talk about good timing, apparently one campsite was available for the week of March 8th through March 12th; Bike Week! So I decided this was fate feeling sorry for me. I will be leaving Monday. Normally I am not big on bike rallies, especially Harley based rallies because I do not visit bars very often. This week will not be an exception. I will be looking for sidecar and trike dealers to get information and maybe wrangle a test ride. If I am extremely fortunate I may find a bike like mine with a sidecar attached. Without going into detail I'll just say the model of my bike presents some problems with sidecar attachment. So anyway, I will try to post some interesting experiences and maybe some pictures. It could happen!
